This article is an introduction to my thesis. My work is destined in priority to urban professionals at all levels or insiders that experience growing complexity in urban project management. I aim to enlighten the sorely needed practice of balanced network initiatives as a leadership in Smart-City planning. While urban demography increase to unprecedented levels, I feel like promoting social acceptability of the urbanization projects is the first priority to prevent oppositions, bad faith, vandalism or widely any hostile attitudes from either stakeholder that will impact the whole of inhabitants.
