SMART-CITY: Key Success Factors

In view of the scarcity of scientific research on Smart-Cities and their users, political decision-makers and economics do not hold all the keys to understand success or failure factors of these projects. This article aims to contribute spreading advices and good practices, collected by survey research to the experts network of the RIL - Suomen Rakennusinsinöörien Liitto (Finnish Association of Civil Engineers).
