2020 FIELD RESEARCH: Smart-City models and Civic Technology in Taiwan, Israel and Estonia.

This article is a presentation of the second part of my doctorate degree thesis, consisting in ground investigations over my case study cities in Asia, Middle-East and North-Eastern Europe. It is the direct following of the presentation of the first part of my thesis “Stakeholder Engagement in Smart-City : Participatory governance in urban complexity” which introduced the concept definitions, the problematic and the methodology used for my research.
